The request sent by the User must comply with the requirements established by the Rules of submission of requests to the support service and contain:

• information confirming the User’s participation in the relationship with Soft_Hor (email address, which is an identifier for Soft_Hor);

• signature of the User or his/her representative;
• contact phone number.

Soft_Hor undertakes to review and send a response to the User’s request within 30 working days of receiving the request.
